Terms

First class

Every new student can attend one free trial class. No booking is needed.

Membership and single classes

Regular students pay a monthly membership. Visitors and occasional students can pay per class. Ask us for current prices.

Payment

Payments are made by Revolut or bank transfer.

The monthly membership is paid in advance, by the 5th of each month. Please use your name as the payment reference.

Missed classes are not refunded or carried over. If you will be away for a full month or more, for example for holidays or an injury, tell us before the month starts and we will pause your membership.

Health and safety

Capoeira is a physical activity. Tell the teacher about any injury or health condition before class. Adults fill in a short form at their first class, and a parent or guardian fills it in for children.

You take part at your own risk and should only do what you feel able to do.

Apêiara Capoeira is not responsible for injury, loss or damage, except where it is caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility. Please don’t bring valuables to class.

Kids classes

Please bring children no earlier than 10 minutes before class and collect them on time at the end. We only hand children over to a parent or guardian, or an adult named on the consent form. If someone else is collecting, tell the teacher in advance.

In the roda

We expect respect for teachers, fellow students and guests. The teacher may stop or refuse participation if safety is at risk.

Changes

Changes to the regular timetable are announced on this website.
